Disclaimer & race rules
  1. The event is held under the rules of ASA.
  2. Athletes indemnify the national, provincial and regional bodies, sponsors and organisers against any actions arising from participation.
  3. All runners participate at their own risk; athletes must be medically fit and supply next-of-kin contact on race number and entry form.
  4. Licensed athletes must wear club colours and their 2025 license number back and front, with race number on the front vest.
  5. Temporary licensed athletes wear plain clothing with the temporary license on the back of the vest.
  6. Athletes competing for category prizes must wear visible age tags front and back.
  7. No seconding allowed.
  8. No blades, cyclist or mechanically operated devices in the race.
  9. No animals or pets.
  10. All instructions from race officials and marshals must be obeyed.
  11. Proof of age for prize winners is required and must be presented before prize giving.
  12. Only entries with all required information are eligible for a prize.
  13. No refunds for race entries.
  14. No earphones or similar devices; contravention of World Athletics rule 144.3.b may lead to disqualification.
